Games commencing on Friday January 23 at 1300h and the tournament wrapping up in the afternoon of January 25.
Ten teams attending: 7 Whitehorse, 1 Whitehorse/Haines, 1 Dawson City, and 1 Watson Lake/Teslin.
Each team in attendance will be required to bring a silent auction item valued at roughly $150.
Over age players will need to be identified with roster submission and are subject to approval. It is the expectation that over agers play at a U11 skill level. Dressing rooms will be assigned for games and must be cleared out after games.
Warm ups will be brief to help facilitate all games in a timely manner. Pucks will be supplied and are asked to be cleaned up and returned to the penalty box before game start.
Teams are asked to be ready to enter the ice surface once the Zamboni has cleared. Coaches will be expected to communicate to their teams any schedule changes due to running ahead or behind schedule.
Coaches will be asked to meet after the last game Friday to discuss concerns or ask questions regarding the remainder of the weekend.
